Enhanced Healing and Purification

Once we have achieved a certain degree of healing within our physical, emotional, and mental bodies, we are then in a position to begin undergoing more refined healing and purification processes. This usually involves an increased amount of interaction with our "support teams" within the higher dimensions.

At this point, a philosophical note is perhaps appropriate. Before we entered incarnation, a "life plan" was established to guide the overall unfoldment of our human life. As part of this life plan, we made agreements with our support teams within the higher dimensions that at appropriate times, and in appropriate ways, they would assist us in our preparation for the fulfillment of our mission. A significant part of these agreements involves assistance with our healing and purification processes.

None-the-less, the universal principle of non-interference restrains our support teams from assisting us unless we ask for their assistance. The "asking" can take place in a myriad of different ways. But ideally, it involves asking for assistance and guidance related to the highest good for our life, and a surrendering of our human will to the direction of our higher self (oversoul). This is not just a one-time process, but rather, a continuing reaffirmation. Thus, in this state of surrender, we open the door for assistance from the higher realms.

Although in our humanness it is certainly appropriate to ask for specific assistance from time to time, for the most part we are not aware within our conscious human mind the various types of assistance that are available from the higher dimensions, or the timing as to when it would be most appropriate. So, from a practical standpoint, most of the assistance is orchestrated within the higher dimensions, involving consultation between our oversoul and the support teams. This often results in some unexpected healing intervention at various times as viewed from the perspective of our human life.

Although there are innumerable processes and technologies that are utilized, in this section I will share just a few examples from my own experience, and the experiences of some of my Light Worker friends, to help provide a general perspective.

Spinning

There is a group of exercises, sometimes referred to as the "Seven Sacred Rites", which have been in fairly widespread use among the Light Workers. One of these exercises involves extending the arms out to the sides from the shoulders, and then spinning around. This is very similar to a sacred dance of the Dervishes, from which they have become known as the "Whirling Dervishes". The purpose of the spinning is to help release toxins from the cellular structures of the body. It seems to be a common experience that when one first begins to do the spinning exercise, there is a tendency to become nauseous after just a few revolutions. However, for those who have the fortitude to continue with the exercise over a period of time, the experience of nausea gradually diminishes.

There is a process which an increasing number of Light Workers are undergoing aboard spaceships which is very similar to this. We undergo this in our higher dimensional body, not our physical body. There are small circular platforms that rotate. During this procedure, one stands upon one of the platforms, and then it is rotated in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. Again, the purpose of this procedure is to facilitate purification.

My own first experience with this was not pleasant! It occurred in late 1991. One day in the late afternoon I suddenly became very sleepy. This is usually a signal to me that my attention is needed within the higher dimensions, so I laid down to take a nap. When I awoke, a couple of hours had passed, and it felt like I had been in a very deep sleep. As I started to get up from the bed, I immediately became very dizzy and nauseous. I quickly laid back down on the bed, but the vertigo continued. Several subsequent attempts to get out of bed produced the same result. I finally decided to just stay in bed for the night, and was eventually able to go to sleep. When I awoke in the morning, most of the vertigo was gone. However, I continued to feel somewhat disoriented for the next couple of days.

At that time I had no memory of what had transpired on the ship. However, my guidance indicated to me the general nature of the experience. During subsequent months, the procedure was occasionally repeated. However, the experience of vertigo and nausea was very mild compared to the initial experience. Several months later, I was with a friend with whom I have shared many interdimensional experiences. We were both taken out to a ship, and underwent the spinning process together. Fortunately she is able to retain fairly complete memory of her other-dimensional experiences, so she was able to describe the process to me in considerable detail. We both have had numerous subsequent experiences with the spinning process, sometimes together and sometimes individually. In discussing this with other Light Workers, I have found that an increasing number are having similar experiences.

Cerebrospinal Fluid

The nature and function of cerebrospinal fluid has not received as much attention within the medical community as have various other aspects of our human physiology. However, it is know that this fluid in rich in electrolytes. These electrolytes enable the cerebrospinal fluid to conduct electrical currents.

Within the spinal column, the manner in which the spinal nerves connect to the spinal cord creates four separate channels in which the cerebrospinal fluid can flow up and down the spinal column. One of these channels is on the front side of the column, one on the back side, one on the left side, and one on the right side.

In esoteric traditions, there are two pairs of subtle energies which flow along the spinal column: the Ida and Pingala, and the Rajas and Tamas. In actuality, the Ida and Pingala currents flow within the cerebrospinal fluid channels on the front and back sides of the spinal column. These two currents link directly into the two primary acupuncture meridian on the front side and back side of the body, known as the Jen-Mo and Tu- Mo meridians. Through the acupuncture meridian system, the vital life energy is thus distributed throughout the entire body.

The Rajas and Tamas currents flow within the channels on the two sides of the spinal column. The spinal nerves along the sides of the spinal column, and the primary cranial nerves, are surrounded by tubular "cuffs", which enable the cerebrospinal fluid to surround the nerves. This is particularly true of the sensory nerves. For example, the optic nerve is surrounded by such a cuff for its entire length, enabling the cerebrospinal fluid to flow to the eyeball itself. Thus it is evident that the Rajas and Tamas currents of vital energy are linked directly into the primary nervous system of the body.

The brain is constructed with many "folds" in the exterior surface in such a way as to maximize the surface that is in contact with the cerebrospinal fluid. It seems evident that the brain is energized by the currents of energy flowing within the cerebrospinal fluid along the surface and within the ventricles of the brain.

With this background, it is perhaps easier to understand some of the processes at work while we are in meditation. The deep rhythmic breathing draws pranic energy, or life force, into our body, where it is then converted into energy currents within the cerebrospinal fluid system. The deep rhythmic breathing also creates a corresponding pumping action through the movement of the cranial bones in our head, thus causing the cerebral spinal fluid to circulate. This distributes the vital life energy from the prana into the acupuncture meridian system and into the primary nervous system of our body. Thus, our entire body is enlivened and refreshed through this process.

Beginning in about 1993, one of the processes which some of us Light Workers have gone through is to be taken physically aboard a spaceship, wherein the cerebrospinal fluid is replaced. The electrolytes in the new cerebrospinal fluid are charged with energy, and are designed to be able to assimilate the high frequency energies now coming into our planetary energy field.

The immediate aftereffects of this change of electrolytes seem to follow a fairly consistent pattern. One usually feels quite "disoriented" for a few days, and there is a desire for more than the usual amount of sleep and rest. Eventually, however, the body adjusts to the higher energy level, and is thus able to function in an enhanced state. Normally this process is not administered to a Light Worker more than once. The memory of being taken aboard a ship and undergoing the fluid replacement process is normally blocked from our conscious memory, so that the disruption to our human life is minimized.

Blood Crystals

Starting in 1936, Max Perutz, of Cambridge University, spent nearly three decades exploring the molecular structure of the hemoglobin molecule. Early in his work, he discovered that hemoglobin is essentially crystalline in nature. From more recent research by scientists such as Marcel Vogel, we know that crystalline structures, such as quartz crystals, are capable of storing information. If scientists were to bridge these two discoveries, they would realize that vast amounts of information are stored in the hemoglobin crystalline structures of our blood.

To some extent, these crystalline structures act like time capsules, storing information until the appropriate time for it to be released. This information is of a different character compared to the information contained within the DNA structure.

One of the processes that has been underway for the past several years is for Light Workers to be taken aboard a ship, and while there, be "beamed" with specific types of energies which trigger a release of the information stored in the blood crystals. This process is done on the physical body, not just the higher bodies. As is ordinarily the case when we are taken aboard a ship physically, the memory is blocked from our conscious memory so as to not be disruptive to our human life.

As an important side note, the relatively indiscriminate use of blood transfusions in modern medical practice does not take into account the informational content within the hemoglobin crystal structure. The compatibility of blood "types" and Rh factors does not in any way guarantee compatibility of the informational content of blood. It is highly likely that many of the unexpected complications which develop after blood transfusions could be traced to incompatibility of the informational content of the infused blood, and especially the frequencies of energies inherent in this information. Thus, it is important to exercise great care related to blood transfusions. Since medical science is not yet able to measure informational content of blood, the best interim solution is for people to donate their own blood in advance if they know they are going to undergo surgery which will require a blood transfusion.

Erasing of Memory

It seems to be a fairly common experience among Light Workers that our memory of earlier parts of our lives tends to diminish as we progress in our spiritual unfolding. This is certainly true in my own case. For a long time I attributed this to the soul transfer (walk-in) experience that I underwent in 1972. Although this is undoubtedly a factor, more recently I have come to understand this memory loss from a different perspective.

In a normal life cycle, we go through various experiences throughout the course of our life, and then immediately after our "death", we go through a life review process. In this process, we review each of the significant experiences of our life, to see what can be learned from the experience. Through this process, the energetic intensity of the memory of each experience is released, leaving only a dim residual memory in the background. Thus, at that point, we are ready to make begin the next phase of our evolutionary journey, without the encumbrance of intense past memories.

However, the life plan for this incarnation for most of the Light Workers anticipates that we will complete this incarnation through the ascension process, rather than through the death process. Thus, as an important part of our preparation for ascension, it is essential that we complete as much as possible of the "life review" process prior to ascension, rather than after we leave this dimension. So oftentimes, as we progress in our healing and purification process, we are taken to various places within the higher realms and are led through segments of this life review process. After the process is completed, and the energetic memory (both emotional and mental) is released, our ability to consciously access such memory is greatly diminished. In effect, this frees us up from the encumbrances of past human experiences, and enables us to more easily move into Cosmic consciousness.

In this regard, let me cite a specific example. In October, 1994, I was traveling to several sacred energy centers with a Light Worker friend. While at Mt. Shasta, one night we traveled out to the star system Sirius. There were multiple facets involved in this trip, but while there, she was led through a past life review of some of the male/female relationships she has experienced in this lifetime. As part of this review process, she was assisted in releasing the energetic memory of the experiences, and retain only the wisdom that was gained. We were informed that this is one of the specialties of the beings from Sirius, and that many of the Light Workers from Earth are taken there to undergo such processes.

Opening Channels in Our Head

As we progress in our spiritual development, a considerable amount of work is done on us, especially our heads, but our support teams. Sometimes this involves "implants", and this subject is discussed in the section under that title. However, quite often the work involves opening various energy and communication channels in our head.

This work is generally done on our higher dimensional bodies. Sometimes we are taken to ships, or to other higher dimensional centers, but quite often the work is done on us while we are asleep in our beds. So sometimes we go to bed at night, or lay down for a nap, feeling absolutely fine, and then we awaken with a significant discomfort at some location in our head.

Occasional, I have had the experience of awakening prematurely, before the work is completed. In such a situation, somehow I know that I am not suppose to move yet. Even if my mind attempts to send signals to certain parts of my body to start moving, it is as though the "will" to carry through with that just isn't present. I have talked with other Light Workers friends who have had similar experiences.

Summary

As indicated, these are only a few examples of the wide range of assistance available to us related to our refined healing and purification process. A few important aspects to keep in mind are:

• If one feels disoriented, and perhaps some discomfort, immediately upon awakening, it is quite possible that some work has been done on us. Usually the disorientation does not last for more than a few hours, so it is wise to be gentle with one's self.
• Most medical doctors don't have any awareness that such interdimensional intervention is possible. So if one goes to a medical doctor after such experiences, there is a danger that the symptoms will be misinterpreted, and inappropriate treatment administered.
• Although sometimes in our humanhood we feel that we have lost control of the situation, it is well to remember that in our surrender to the "highest good", we have invited and given consent for such intervention.
